Services for Utah Residents:

Boot Camp Classes-FREE for the summer!

Mondays @ 7pm and Saturdays @ 9am- Liberty Park in the Northeast corner next to the playground set.

We’ll do a variety of high intensity body weight exercises, cardio, etc. Workouts will vary depending on how many people show up too.

I do one-on-one and group training at my home now!

One-on-One Training- $30/45 minute session; $40/ Hour Session-

  • Custom workouts geared toward YOUR fitness goals, I have a full weight set and can guarantee results!
  • Held at my home in downtown Salt Lake City near the U of U.

Group Training- $15 Per Person for a 1 Hour Session-

  • FUN, custom workouts geared toward YOU and YOUR friends fitness goals as you all get in shape together!
  • Held at my home in downtown Salt Lake City near the U of U.

Services for Utah and Non-Utah Residents:

One-on-One or Group Skype Training: 1/2 hour sessions-

One-on-One Skype Training:

  • 1x per week: $30/month; 2x per week: $50/month

Group Skype Training:

  • 1x per week: $20/month per person; 2x per week: $40/month per person

*You will be trained in the comfort of your own home via Skype! These sessions will be anywhere from 20-45 minutes depending on the workout and what you need. Group training will be longer.

*These will be done M-F mornings between 6am-8am

*Both of these options are a great way to get your day started early with an awesome workout leaving you feeling energized all day long!

Online Custom Fitness/Nutrition Plans Designed Just for YOU: $50/month

  • 20 fresh, awesome workouts each month with tutorial how to videos- can be done at home or at the gym. These are doable for all fitness levels and very easy to understand how to do!
  • A structured eating plan
  • A list of healthy, easy snacks
  • One month’s worth of healthy, EASY recipes
  • LOTS of support via email and/or text. I am always available to answer ANY questions you may have

Telephonic One-on-One Wellness Coaching:

  • Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly telephonic coaching calls directed specifically to your health needs.
  • An overall health consultation to get started and educate where necessary before getting started.
  • The creation of YOUR Wellness Vision, 3-month goals, and weekly goals designed by YOU and for YOU.

Kaylee has had over 22 clients graduate from this program in the past year and has seen a combined weight loss of 499 pounds!

  • This program works because it focuses on the physiological change of the mind first. When you are mentally ready to make changes, you make them! When you are mentally ready to live a healthier lifestyle, you live it! This program helps you analyze where you are at now, where you want to be, and what you need to do to get there. The program is designed to teach you to do these on your own eventually so that you no longer NEED to be coached; it is a self-learning, positive approach to the BEST type of lifestyle change you can make; one that you can do on your own for the rest of your life.
  • The first session is $30 because it takes about an hour to complete.
  • The follow-up sessions are $15 each.
  • These sessions can be bought monthly- 1, 2, or 4 sessions at a time
