    So, I don’t make tons of these because I prefer eating my greens… Personal preference, but when I do make them, I like to add sweet fruits like apples and oranges to cover up the sometimes bitter taste of greens, like kale. I also like to add flavored protein powders, chia, and flax seeds to add more fiber and protein. Avocados also help to make the shakes smoother… Hope that helps!
